I help adolescents, young adults, and adults find peace and hope through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes, using CBT, EMDR techniques, and trauma-informed care. I'll meet you where you are, in a warm, supportive space.

Why Blooming Hope?

Names are important, and word choice matters. For me, Hope is more than just a word, it is a family name. Passed down from generations, I know that hope is always with me. For my clients, I want to show them that hope is possible, even if it takes time.
